Jade is available to work one on one with individuals and small groups both in the water and on land, upon request. Drawing upon her 30+ years of experience within the sport, from a young athlete to World Champion, managing Australian Teams, teaching and coaching, as well as administrative roles with State and National Organisations, Jade has seen, heard and felt all aspects of swimming. This, combined with lived experience and formal education, positions Jade perfectly to offer guidance and support in a mentoring capacity. Offering sessions online or face-to-face in Brisbane, Jade has a purposely small clientele and works with individuals on a case by case basis.
In the water, Jade specialises in stroke correction and mastering race skills. Understanding the mechanics of the sport and how the body moves in the water, Jade works with you to help improve any aspect of your race or stroke that you are having difficulties with or want to improve in a focused environment. While the hard yards are done in the daily training environment, personalised attention to detail without the distraction of your team mates can do wonders when it comes to skill acquisition.
These sessions are done with full respect to the individual's coach to support and enhance skills and with a shared goal of improving performance. Reach out below to explore the opportunity of 1-1 Mentoring with Jade.
