LOCAL PICK UP

If Brisbane is convenient to you, collection of your order is available in store from the SQ Swim Shop, located at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre, Sleeman Sports Complex on 1763 Old Cleveland Rd, Chandler Qld 4155.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email when it is ready for collection and you are welcome to collect it during store opening hours which are 9-11AM & 3-5PM Monday to Friday, or 10AM-3PM Saturday & Sunday.

Please have your order confirmation and ID ready to present upon collection.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

For all domestic orders, we use Standard Shipping with Australia Post and orders are dispatched from Brisbane.

Shipping is based on the total size of your order and is automatically calculated during the checkout process. BAND IT rates start at $5AUD. Due to the volumetric size of ONCORE, rates start at $10AUD and are scaled to reflect the increased size and weight of the total order.

We do our best to get your order dispatched as fast as possible. However, we are closed on the weekends and Public Holidays.

Delivery times will be subject to change and delays, as experienced by Australia Post from time to time. Once your order has been placed, expected delivery times for Standard Shipping are:

Up to 5 business days for Brisbane Metro areas
Up to 7 business days for Queensland regional areas
Up to 8 business days for Metro areas outside of Queensland
For regional areas outside of Queensland, please contact your local post office

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship world-wide, with prices bespoke to your location. Due to the volumetric size of ONCORE, rates start from $25AUD and are scaled to reflect the size and weight of the total order.

For all international orders, please contact us for a quote on shipping. Prices will be at cost and in Australian Dollars. We are unable to deliver to international PO Boxes, so will require a physical address and contact number to process your order.

Please ensure you are aware of any relevant duties and taxes for purchasing from Australia as these costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
