ONCORE® Advantage: LTS and Mini-Squad

ONCORE® Advantage Learn to Swim and Mini-Squad builds upon the ONCORE® Formula course, delving into learn to swim and where ONCORE® fits best within the levels across the skill sequence – build, strengthen, connect, and move, particularly as freestyle and backstroke are introduced. It highlights the benefits of using ONCORE® across various ages, and abilities, by explaining the drills with narrated videos as well as how and when to integrate these in your program/lessons/session. Participants will read, listen, watch and learn to come away with the knowledge required to incorporate ONCORE® drills, particularly in the learn to swim and mini-squad settings, and experience the advantage that ONCORE® brings to your swimming. Pre-requisite: It is highly recommended to complete ONCORE® Formula: Science Made Simple prior to doing this course. This will ensure the product is understood in relation to its unique features and use, making the content of this course more beneficial and setting you up for success in the water.
