ONCORE® 301 explores the levels beyond learn to swim, suitable for those in mini-squad all the way to elite level swimming, and everything in between. Building upon ONCORE® 201, it covers more advanced drills to help build and strengthen, higher level drills in all four strokes, with progressions and example sequences. It highlights the benefits of using ONCORE® across all levels of swimming, by explaining the drills in depth as well as how and when to integrate these in your sessions. It’s suitable for individual swimmers from 12 years of age*, parents, teachers, coaches, triathletes, and anyone looking to improve body position, alignment, awareness, core strength, shoulder stability, connection, feel and hold of the water with ONCORE®. Now you too can experience the advantage ONCORE® brings to your swimming. *This is a guide only and depends on the overall strength and development of the individual. Some younger individuals would be suited to the drills in this course, however, in general, ages 11 yrs and under would be more suited to the ONCORE® 201 content. Each video demonstrates a sequence of drills that can be done within a lesson/session and includes some higher-level drills as compared to those described in the course as an example of what is possible. *5 x PDF resources detailing key points of the course, with images and cue words for each drill and example sequences for adding drills to your program/lesson
