The ONCORE Academy presents - Trifecta Workshop!

Join our founder, former World Champion and World Record holder, Jade Edmistone, for a workshop focused on getting the best out of yourself by becoming the best version of yourself. Developing the mind and the body, you will improve your swimming skills and build your personal toolkit for success!

This workshop will focus on perfecting your starts - learn from the best in the business and refine your skills with Jade as she jumps in the water with you and shares her experience around how to set and achieve your goals!

Limited spots available, so get in quick as there is only room for the first 20 athletes aged 8-10 years to register!

1000-1030 The Mind - Jade speaking from experience on how to set and achieve your goals.

1030-1130 The Body - Jade in the water with you, sharing tips and tricks, drills and skills to perfect your starts.

1130-1200 The Soul - opportunity for photos, autographs and questions with Jade.

Who's invited: Trifecta Workshops are specifically themed and age targeted. This one is open to athletes aged 8-10 years. Keep your eyes open for more opportunities throughout the season. Parents/guardians are welcomed and encouraged to stay.

What to bring: wear your swimmers under comfortable clothing, bring a bag with your cap, goggles, drink bottle and towel. If you would like anything signed, bring it along too. Most importantly, turn up with a great attitude and ready to have some fun!
